If an appraisal report is not returned within 3 days of inspection without just reason out of control of the appraiser, the appraisal will be provided for FREE.  The contact provided for entry is contacted within 6 hours of order reciept.  Every attempt is made to set an appointment as soon as possible, however, appointment times are dependant upon the availability of the contact for entry and the appraiser.
